Policies

Payments and Refunds

100% refund of deposit if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

50% refund of deposit for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Full deposit amount may be applied to a rescheduled reservation or applied to a gift certificate.

Occupancy/Damages

Occupancy is limited to registered guests only.

Property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.  This is a non-smoking property, which includes cannabis. 

We maintain a very strict NO CANDLES policy. Any guest suspected of or discovered to be using candles either inside or on the deck will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be made.

Property owner reserves the right to charge the credit card on record for any damages or missing items discovered after checkout. By accepting this agreement, renter gives express permission for such charges.

Property will be left in the same condition as on arrival.

Daily housekeeping services upon request and consist of trash removal, clean towels and the bed straightened.
